An example of how we can configure the solution:

• All referrals, irrespective of their origin, are processed efficiently via a single view ​and without necessitating significant manual intervention.

• Leverage artificial intelligence to streamline the processing of referrals, including ​automatically rejecting referrals that are incomplete or contain errors, such as ​missing signatures or information.

• Manage issues of duplication and receipt of supplementary documents. In ​situations where multiple referrals are submitted in a single instance, particularly ​via fax, ensure effective handling and processing.

• Accommodate non-standard forms while actively working towards the ​establishment of standardized formats. Notify physicians of the new standards, to ​achieve widespread adoption immediately. Conform to standards through ​education and awareness, rather than mandatory enforcement. Encourage the ​gradual adoption of new standards.
